General terms & house rules<\/span><\/p>\n

  • These terms and conditions apply to all MAREA members. By completing the enrolment, the member agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
  • The members of MAREA must behave correctly and adhere to the instructions of the relevant teacher or employee.<\/li>\n
  • Only indoor shoes may be worn in the studio.<\/li>\n
  • It is not allowed to bring food into the studio.<\/li>\n
  • The choreographies given within MAREA are the property of MAREA. Copying of these choreographies is prohibited. If you still want to use a MAREA choreography, you must ask permission from the relevant teacher.<\/li>\n
  • MAREA training courses take place on official holidays. However, we reserve the right to close MAREA in whole or in part in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In none of these cases will we proceed to a refund of the contribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Enrollment<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • The membership exists for a limited time and starts when the registration is complete and the first payment has been received.<\/li>\n
    • After registration, the member is obliged to pay the tuition fees ACCORDING TO THE AGREED UPOPN PAYMENT PLANS.<\/li>\n
    • Registration and participation are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.<\/li>\n
    • Minors may only register with written permission from a parent\/guardian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Termination of membership<\/span><\/p>\n

      • THE SEASON IV programs RUNS FROM APRIL 8TH UNTIL june 26th<\/span>. The subscription cannot be canceled prematurely. This also applies if you can no longer or only partially participate in the lessons. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.<\/li>\n
      • In case of a long-term injury or illness (after a minimum duration of 30 days), the membership can be stopped once. A doctor’s statement or other plausible evidence must be submitted for this. already paid tuition will not be refunded.<\/li>\n
      • Cancellation of a membership is only possible in writing, by e-mail to: info@wearemarea.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Illness\/Absence<\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • If a student is unable to attend, they must let MAREA know via email. The member is not entitled to a refund of tuition fees.<\/span><\/li>
        • Absent due to study, internship, work, relocation, vacation, pregnancy or other occasions do not entitle you to terminate the membership prematurely.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Liability<\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • MAREA (and all employed persons) are in no way liable for material and immaterial damage (or loss) or any accidents as a result of a dance class or any other activity organized by MAREA.<\/span><\/li>
          • Loss or damage to property (movable and immovable property) of the dance school or MAREA by a member or visitor will be recovered at all times.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Publication\/data<\/span><\/span><\/p>

            • Photo or video recordings can be made during the lessons or activities organized by MAREA. When registering, you immediately give permission for the recording and display of the name, image and image associated with the registered person, in photos, images or audiovisual recordings made by MAREA, as well as in publicity about the company.<\/span><\/li>
            • If the member wants to post dance photos or videos online, this can be done provided that MAREA and the relevant teacher are mentioned.<\/span><\/li>
            • When registering you give permission to store your data and to contact you.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
